# Advanced Technology & Application Disclaimers
- Trenchless Pipe Lining (CIPP): This non-invasive method allows us to restore deteriorated or damaged lines by sealing leaks and misaligned joints without extensive excavation. Success requires a stable, continuous host pipe structure to allow the liner to cure seamlessly.
- Hydro Jetting & Descaling: These processes clear grease, sludge, and tree roots while scouring scale and mineral buildup from cast iron lines. While safe for sound piping, we cannot assume liability for pre-existing, structural subterranean voids that yield under standard professional clearing pressures.
- Septic Pumping & Visual Evaluations: Routine septic pumping (recommended every 2 to 5 years) is critical to prevent tank overflow and field saturation. Visual system checks do not replace comprehensive regulatory inspections required for real estate transfers.
- Underground Utility Excavation: When excavation is necessary, our licensed pipe layers dig only what is required to fix the main water line, sewer pipe, or storm drain, minimizing surface disruption and adhering strictly to OSHA trench safety laws.
