# 1. Scope of Multi-State Mechanical & Septic Services

Professional Drain Services of Southern New England, LLC provides specialized underground utilities, structural pipe lining (CIPP), mechanical descaling, and comprehensive Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems (OWTS) services.

  • Preliminary Estimating: Financial quotes, diagnostic overviews, and structural options provided via 401-315-5450 orhttps://professionaldrainservicesofsne.com/ are conditional and preliminary. Final binding agreements require a formal on-site high-resolution Camera Inspection or physical site evaluation to verify sub-surface conditions.
  • Trenchless Pipe Lining Feasibility: While our trenchless method seals leaks, breaks, and misaligned joints from the inside to bypass excavation, it is dependent on the host pipe's structural integrity. PDS reserves the right to recommend targeted excavation or complete pipe replacement under our Underground Utility licenses if a line is entirely collapsed or structurally unviable for a liner.
  • Septic Inspections & Administrative Reports: Septic evaluations performed by our Registered Septic Inspectors represent a point-in-time assessment of the current system condition. Final detailed reports are generated to meet state environmental criteria (RI DEM / CT DEEP) and do not constitute a perpetual structural guarantee against future backup or failure due to improper system loading or usage.
  • Payment Terms: Flexible payment options are subject to pre-approval under separate financial terms executed prior to the initiation of sub-surface mechanical labor.

# 2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent

By submitting an online service form, contacting our administrative routing center, or scheduling a diagnostic pass, you enter our regional dispatch network and provide explicit consent to receive SMS communications from PDS for:

  • Logistical Coordination: Real-time updates regarding septic pumper dispatch, underground excavation crew arrival times, and technician ETAs.
  • Technical Asset Delivery: Digital delivery of high-resolution sewer camera inspection footage, detailed septic field reports, and structural lining data.
  • Operational Prompts: Service estimates, invoice updates, payment links, and statutory preventative pumping reminders (recommended every 2 to 5 years).
  • Opt-Out Control: You retain complete authority to cancel mobile alerts at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates apply.

# 3. Multi-Jurisdictional Regulatory Standards & Warranties

PDS operates in strict compliance with the Rhode Island Contractors' Registration Board, the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, and regional environmental health departments. All wastewater disposal, pipe laying, and sub-surface installations are performed in accordance with current state plumbing, general contracting, and environmental codes. Workmanship guarantees for structural installations, water lines, and CIPP systems are explicitly detailed in written contract documents.

# 4. Punctuality & Southern New England Logistical Factors

While we provide rapid dispatch to Southern New England communities, PDS is legally exempt from liability regarding timeline adjustments caused by:

  • Traffic or routing delays across regional corridors (I-95, Route 1, or local coastal bottlenecks).
  • Inclement coastal weather conditions (heavy rainfall, sub-freezing soil conditions, or flooding) that compromise excavation safety, septic drainage metrics, or delicate internal chemical lining environments.
  • Delays induced by state-mandated utility notification programs (Dig Safe / Rhode Island 811 / Call Before You Dig CT), municipal engineering reviews, or environmental permit processing times.

# 5. Mechanical Descaling & Substrate Disclaimers

Our mechanical descaling and hydro jetting services are highly effective at breaking up heavy scale, accumulated minerals, rusted cast iron, grease, and roots. However, property owners acknowledge that these cleaning procedures generate mechanical friction. PDS is not liable for the structural compromise or breakthrough of underground pipes that were already chemically thinned, extensively cracked, or fundamentally deteriorated by decades of corrosion prior to our service.

# 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Rhode Island and Connecticut, the cumulative liability of PDS for any mechanical failure, property disruption, or contractual dispute shall not exceed the actual financial sums paid by the client under the specific service agreement. We assume no liability for secondary structural damage, foundation shifting, or environmental fines stemming from failing septic fields or broken main lines that occurred prior to our mobilization.
